Child Safety Standards for FROY

At FROY, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for adults to connect through social experiences. Protecting children from abuse and exploitation is a top priority, and FROY maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

FROY strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
• Grooming or attempting to groom minors.
• Solicitation or exploitation of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or promoting inappropriate content involving minors.
• Any behavior that endangers children or violates child protection laws.

Any account found engaging in these activities will be immediately and permanently suspended and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), where applicable.

FROY is intended exclusively for users aged 18 years and older.

We reserve the right to:

• Request age verification.
• Suspend accounts suspected of belonging to minors.
• Permanently remove accounts that violate our age requirements.

FROY provides users with in-app safety tools, including:

• Report User
• Report Messages
• Block User

Users are encouraged to report any behavior or content that violates these standards.

FROY uses a combination of:

• User reports
• Automated detection tools
• Manual moderation

to identify and investigate policy violations. Depending on the severity of the violation, FROY may:

• Remove content
• Restrict account functionality
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users
• Escalate cases to law enforcement or child protection authorities where legally required

Where required by applicable law, FROY cooperates with law enforcement agencies and authorized child protection organizations in investigations involving child exploitation or abuse.
