By creating an account or using the FROY app, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

FROY is a social connection platform that enables real-life meetings between users. FROY does not guarantee outcomes, compatibility, or interactions.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use FROY.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
• One account per person is allowed.

Users agree to:

• Behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Comply with the Community Guidelines.
• Respect boundaries and consent.
• Meet only in public places.

Users are solely responsible for their offline interactions.

The following is prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
• Sexual misconduct or pressure.
• Impersonation or fake profiles.
• Misuse of the “First Round” feature.
• Illegal activities.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

FROY facilitates introductions only. Users participate in meetings at their own risk. FROY is not responsible for:

• User conduct.
• Offline interactions.
• Outcomes of meetings.

• Users may rate interactions.
• FROY may moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts.
• Decisions by FROY are final.

Certain features may require payment. Prices, features, and availability may change. All payments are final unless required otherwise by law.

All content, branding, and software belong to FROY or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

FROY may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk to the community. Users may delete their account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FROY shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

FROY may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

FROY may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms, including personal data, as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer, subject to applicable data protection laws.
