Delete Your FROY Account

You can request the deletion of your FROY account and all associated personal data at any time. Please read the information below before submitting your request.

How to Request Account Deletion

1From the app: Open FROY, go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts.
2By email: Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your FROY account to support@froy.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
3We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

•Your profile information (name, username, bio, profile photo)
•Location history and check-ins
•Posts, photos, and media you have shared
•Friend/follower connections and social graph
•Messages and conversations
•Saved places and preferences
•Device tokens and push notification settings
•Login credentials and linked social accounts (Google, Facebook, Apple)

Data That May Be Retained

•Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
•Safety and abuse logs — records related to content moderation actions or reports may be retained for up to 2 years to protect the safety of other users and to comply with legal obligations.
•Aggregated analytics — anonymous, non-personal usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you are retained indefinitely.
